Sad Times!
Well, I am sad to say that my exchange students are gone from my home. It did not happen in a very good way and that is my fault. I had visited with the representative from EF but did not make it clear to her that I had not talked to the girls yet. Inadvertantly, she called them before I got home to talk to them. So, obviously they were hurt and I feel badly about how it was handled. I would love to tell them that it was nothing they had done to bring this about. I have come to the conclusion some people can handle others living in their home for an extended period of time and some cannot. I feel like the weakness was all mine. They were actually the perfect exchange students. Kadda was always willing to change or do anything that I asked. Louise was a perfect friend for Aspen since they are like two peas in a pod! We have some good memories tho, and I am grateful for some of the things that I have learned. Even if it was admitting that I couldn't do something that I thought that I could.

How nice you opened your life and heart to enfold two others. And then....it is a wise person that says I have done what I can-my best and it is time to move on. I know your heart Dianne and if you said it was time it was. Just regroup and enjoy your little home in a new light. :) Love ya loads, your sis, Vicki
I am so sorry things didn't work out as you had hoped they would. You are an amazing person for opening up your home and family! Love you, Michelle
