I want to reiterate the fact that Treasure is a "lady" and Teton is a...well, male! I went out to feed them a couple of apples today, and Teton was the first one to come over to the fence to get his apple. CHOMP! In one bite the whole thing was g-o-n-e! Treasure mosied on over to the fence and I offered her her apple. Daintily, she took it in the front of her teeth. She took one bite, then another and then another and then another. In four even and equal bites, she quartered her apple and politely chewed it up! After I fed Teton his apple yesterday, I put Bodelle up on his back to sit for a moment. In another burst of male testosterone, he flipped his head around to the side and bit my thigh!!! I swear he was smirking until I popped him in the nose for being so rude! I sometimes wonder of we truly are the more intelligent species... but maybe he was just "horsing" around!

You are so funny! :) I think it is really neat you have horses. Does Bodelle like being around them? I love all of your stories... thank you for sharing them! Sure wish your cruise was leaving out of Houston (you know we do have a port! :) so we could see you! Maybe next time!?! Love ya, Michelle
I am not thinking I like these horses too much. All I hear is how they buck you off and now biting. :)
I eat apples (and everything else for that matter) like Teton, does that make me a male?
Shoot him.
Erin-you sure don't love my horses do you? My kuds bit me before and i didn't shoot them! Kristi-that does not make you a male unless you bite my thigh! M'shelle-are your folks having fun??? I think I am going to run up to Canada to visit my dad's grave, I've never been there so I think that is my next trip! Ya'll come with me!
Maybe bite was well deserved? Mom your "kuds" never bit you! :) When did erin become so violent! Kristi you eat like teton because if you didnt you would never get to eat. it is a survival of the fittest when you have kids eh!
